    I have personally been using these MRPs now for over 2 years and they are a god send. Taste is fantastic and the nutritional content makes it possibly more nutritious than my regular meals! Each serving contains 294 calories and 40g of protein.

    Total MRP is by far the cheapest MRP available yet it still comes with high quality protein and carbs. This has a higher carbohydrate content meaning the texture is slightly thicker and more grainy. Each 80g serving provides 290 calories and 26g protein.

    We’ve all been in a situation where we miss a meal due to being too busy, not actually feeling that hungry or for whatever other reason. Meal replacement shakes are a great substitute to a meal and they provide you with as many nutrients as possible. Good quality MRP’s (Meal Replacement) combine protein with top quality carbohydrates, usually from oats. This gives you a much more rounded meal replacement and will mean your body isn’t impacted by a missed meal.
